FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?: My working hours vary...call me and lets talk about what you need.
Where are you located?: My studio is located on the outskirts of Kinston, North Carolina, but I will travel to your location for an onsite session.
Do you accept reservations?: Services are by appointment only, and must be booked at least 72 hours prior to expected appointment.
What payment options do you accept?: Most payment methods are accepted.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: If something comes up and you are unable to keep your appointment please call me as soon as you know and most appointments can be rescheduled. All no calls/no shows forfeit session fee paid.
Will portraits be retouched?: Minimal editing is included in the price of the purchased session. More extensive edits (skin retouching, wig clean up, eye glass glare removal, removing unwanted objects) are available for are priced separately. Please inquire if interested.
Will you travel?: Yes, travel is available. However, if your desired location is outside of a 35 mile radius a travel fee of 65.5 cent per mile will be applied.
